Learn How to Treat Your Rosacea
Rosacea is a common condition characterized by symptoms of facial flushing, particularly of the central face, eyelids, and the ocular surface. In severe cases, it can become vision-threatening. There is a spectrum of clinical signs, including erythema, telangiectasia, coarseness of skin, and an inflammatory papulopustular eruption resembling acne. It is commonly known as “The Celtic Curse.”
With over 16 million Americans suffering from Rosacea and no current cure, we’ve made it one of our top priorities to help our clients treat their symptoms with clean, natural skincare and a healthy diet.
Nutritional Considerations
When it comes to eating for Rosacea, there are some important nutrition considerations. This includes incorporating healthy fats, supporting the gut microbiome, and choosing anti-inflammatory foods. Avoid any foods known to trigger a reaction, as well as gluten, dairy, processed foods, sugar, and foods that are high in histamine or trigger a release in histamine, which may be related to the presentation of Rosacea.
In this course, you will receive a full list of foods to incorporate and avoid, a customized meal plan, as well as over 15 delicious recipes to nourish your body and support your skin!
